- Easy Initiation: To start a return, simply reply to your order confirmation email or send a new email to info@coffeeandchaos.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
- Condition of Items: We ask that you return your items in the same condition you received them, with original tags and packaging, if possible. For most products, “unused” means you haven’t worn, washed, or damaged the item.
The Details:
- Return Shipping: We provide a prepaid return shipping label for all eligible returns. Simply print the label we send you, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier.
- Receiving Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s) at our facility, we will process your refund. You can expect the full amount to be credited back to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. We’ll send you an email confirmation as soon as your refund has been issued.
- Exchanges: If you’d prefer to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please let us know when you initiate your return. We’re happy to process an exchange for any in-stock item of equal value.
A Few Exceptions:
While we strive to be as flexible as possible, there are a few items for which we cannot accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons. These include:
